I just noticed that there might be an annoying problem with the background. Tell me if you see it. (its not hard to miss)
I noticed it but all you have to do is highlight the page and you can see what pple say. But yeah it could get annoying. I might have to use it now. XD Thanks for the idea. haha

Become an expert at Photoshop.
Step 2:

Follow the instructions.
Or, just get a free background from the website, it's much easier than making your own. Or hire ME to make one for $20. =D =D
And thanks for the feedback Isaac. When I first made the background, the text portion was too small. When I reuploaded it to photobucket, it didn't update on my blog (I did hit refresh) until I logged in and out of photobucket again.
I believe I wrote the essay... ;D
But yeah, the background image isn't the issue (I don't think), it's how to make the middle scroll while the rest is static.
